Have you read the law? It's language is so vague as to be interpreted by the likes of the 9th Circuit to free any prisoner in any war because merely being captured can be humiliating or degrading. It's not just a bad idea, it's bad law.

That's nonsense and you know it! Anytime there's a Repub in the Whitehouse, the MSM will bend light rays if necessary to make any possible rough treatment of animals wearing no uniforms look like "torture!"

Putting women's panties on people's heads is creative and funny, but it's CERTAINLY NOT TORTURE!!!
