Fitz was supposed to sort this all out. He hasn't done squat and it took TWO years. Fitz has perpetrated a fraud on the taxpayers.
Oh no, no! He has succeeded in manufacturing a criminal out of Libby, which has absolutely nothing to do with the original "investigation". That's gotta count for something, right?
Most of these kinds of things are a waste of money. But I certainly would not expect our gubmint to stop the flow.
