According to Hillary's 2000 census, you CAN'T be a full-time mother.
There IS NO "Label" or job title or definition of "full-time mother" allowed by the Census Bureau or on the HIllary's 2000 Census forms where a "mother" can be defined.
You, can of course, be "unemployed" - but that's all.
(Now, note that there WAS a full-piece section about "grandparents" taking care of children" in all sorts of various ways, (so the federal system could begin reimbursing/regulating THAT activity!) but you can't be a full-time mother.
