Yes they did. It was stupid, but supposedly "honorable." Phooey! All it did was embolden Dems. Now Dems use investigations as weapons against Republicans. Also with Clinton if they weren't going to follow through and have him removed from office, they should have just left it alone. Once again they showed they do not have the will to win. I'm tired of Republicans. I am even more tired of them now that they have the majority.
