In light of the animosity show for our sitting GOP governor, who do you support for his replacement?

Who do you support against Feinstein next year? Actually, and I'm serious, is any name actually been floated for the GOP sacrificial goat? McClintock's running for Lt. Gov.; I'll support that bid.

Why would you, of all people, support McClintock? It defies credibility. You've smeared him on these threads incessantly for the past two years and called those who did support him "McClintockestas". Here was just one summary recapping some of the trash you have spewed about McClintock.

Perhaps you plan to play the Kaloogian game again come election time. You know the game--the one where you first say you voted for him early but should have supported Marin, then you come back and say you are "officially embarrassed" for voting for him, and then that he is "acidic and reactionary" or projects "radicalism and instability." Some supporter you are! It's all part of your propaganda to try to turn folks against a popular candidate in the midst of a campaign--all supporting a leftward agenda.

You are quick to attack others because they have been critical of the governor's actions (not the man), or oppose some (not all) of the propositions being proposed, trying to spin it as "hatred for Arnold." You not only don't acknowledge that those same freepers support several of "Arnold's propositions", but you ignore the numerous reasons posted for opposing others, instead fabricating reasons of your own. You said I want to "obstruct reform" and oppose Prop 77 "due to paranoia" yet when offered a host of reasons and challenged to discuss the issues (vs. attack the poster), you disappeared.

It is quite a habit with you, Newzjunkey. You call freepers names if you don't like their verbal criticism of issues or actions. You called David Horowitz a "kook" for writing an editorial pointing out the pitfalls of Prop 77. When specifically asked to explain what about his stated positions made him a kook, you disappeared.

You enter threads and defend Arnold, regardless of facts. You go even further--accusing others of spinning and lies. When proven wrong, time and time again, you disappear. On this thread, you challenged my comment about Arnold's participation in a meeting in Mexico--hardly an earthshattering subject--saying the claim was a "Clinton play-book LIE, playing fast and loose with the facts and using careful language to make FALSE implications". But, again, after you were shown to be blatantly wrong, and void of all facts yourself, you again didn't have the guts to show up and acknowledge it, let alone show a smidgen of honor and apologize to those you slander. That thread is filled with your baseless allegations, and others' corrections thereto, to which you avoided response to all--you disappeared, yet again.

Meanwhile, you troll the threads and promote a pro-homosexual GLBT agenda (For some examples, see here and here and here and here and here ), all the while defending Arnold the Man and ignoring the California issues being discussed. Your support for gay marriage, and your effort to try to paint the GLBT legislation that Arnold passed as no-big-deal, are contrary to the conservative objectives of the very forum in which you spend so much time. Frankly, if you are not a left-leaning activist plant trying to further your own objectives (not those of a conservative forum), I see no rational reason for you being here.

I'm actually glad to see that you will "seriously consider leaving the state" because we will be much better off without your promotion of perverse social views and support for fiscally irresponsible actions like Prop 57/58 and Prop 76. Many of us will choose to stay and fight for what is right (the principles and issues--not the man alone), and not jump on the party sheep-wagon and follow your destructive ultimatum ("Get on the reform agenda train or get out of California because if Arnold fails, the state will not be recoverable for sound policy for at least a generation, if not lost for good.")
