YOu know what - the entire thing is getting very tiresome..........a DNC operative (ab)used posting privileges at FR and with the assistance of the DNC operatives working for the Washington Post cost the job of a staff member of Maryland Gov. Bob Ehrlich. It is that simple.
The problem is you can't prove that without the IP logs. And Jim Robinson's not releasing them. Although (as far as I know) we've heard nothing from him or Kristinn today, I'm sure he has a very good reason and is probably thinking about the legal ramifications of and precedent it would set if he did so.

The WaPo needs to ask the Feds for a special prosecutor to get to the bottom of this and see what other scams the WaPo has been party to.

I don't have to prove anything - that is my personal opinion summation of what has occurred here.
As to the marital infidelity rumors about the Mayor - I was reminded about them from a friend in Delaware last week - we'd been talking about them in Dover long before this ever blew up.

A few years ago the Washington Post twisted FreeRepublic around the legal axle over posting their articles on the site. They won that round. It should be interesting to see round two.
