I hate to say this to everyone but without Federal assistance for reconstruction this state is in serious jeopardy. The special session is going to be reality time. The cuts I am hearing are quite huge. Louisiana's I think are going to be shocked. Most fearsome is the cuts to higher education and to hospitals. It should be interesting.
