According to initial media
reports from WBAL Radio, Free Republic.com did not unmask MD4Bush at today's press conference. Instead, Free Republic called for an internal Washington Post investigation of reporter Matthew Mosk's alleged abuses of Washington Post ethical standards.
Without further IP address or other information, the MD4Bush mystery continues. It is impossible to prove Mr. O'Doherty actually sent the "Big Story" e-mail without additional header or other information. And in my opinion, the mere sending of an e-mail about the Washington Post's story hours before the story broke does not conclusively show that Mr. O'Doherty or any member of the Maryland Democratic Party is MD4Bush. There's a heck of a lot of smoke coming from that direction. But we can't identify the source of the fire - yet.
