Hey there. The champions of forced exits and early death can have their little seminars. The public is waking up to the dangers of living wills and also words of wisdom, "be careful who you marry".

I don't think this should be a state's rights issue because then the US Constitution is null and void.

I'm a firm believer in a Federal Ban that would allow for Revocable Living Wills because if a person changes their mind, they should get to live. And, a federal ban on starving people who have no written directive, like Terri. She was killed for Michael Schiavo and why the GOP helped, I'll never know.

The GOP is behind in Florida polls that came out today and that includes Jeb. Fifty eight percent would NOT vote for Jeb for President. The GOP made a huge mistake when they abandoned Terri. Huge mistake.

It can't be about the Iraq War necessarily because there are lots of military in Florida who are in the war against terror.

If democrat Jim Davis becomes our next governor, he won't protect the disabled either.

Give everyone credit where it's due. Murdering Terri was a bipartisan effort by legislators, judges, lawyers, media, lobbyists, death doctors and in-laws. Most of all, though, it was Michael Schiavo. When he put, "I kept my promise" on her plaque, he obviously meant: "I told you I'd kill you."

I believe the evidence points to him beating her and trying to strangle her on 2/25/90. I believe he tried to poison her with insulin on as many as five different occasions. It is simple fact that he tried several more times to kill her using the court system, and eventually he succeeded. It is also a fact that he paid the lawyers' fees for her execution by what amounts to embezzling money awarded by a jury for her medical therapy, treatment and care.

For those who took part in Terri's murder, the fate of Florida politics is a miniscule matter compared to being judged to be goats in the eyes of God.
