Terri had a right to appear in court but Judge Greer wouldn't allow it and that was one reason her wheelchair remained broken and J. Greer NEVER MADE MICHAEL SCHIAVO OR JODI CENTONZE be deposed last year. They treated Terri like a thing. Under the ADA, Terri had the right to access to the courthouse.
