The fact that this mild, common-sense bill was so opposed in "conservative" GA shows us that the war for life may already be lost.

Looks like Senator Chip Rogers may have had a little talk with big boy Jim King across the state lines. Jim King must have used intimidation tactics to get Chip Rogers to pull the bill. Jim King is a pudgy gangster and probably wields power in Georgia.
