"Parents have no due process or right of privacy" to override the curriculum in schools where their children are students- means that as a parent you have no say in what is taught to your child. In the case of Mass. where they employ a lesbian to teach 10-11 about gay sex, this ruling basically says you have to pull your child from school if you don't want them learning that.

But after you have pulled your child out and found some other form of education for him, you can't stop paying for the pub(l)ic skool, because if you try that, they can take your house away.
