As commander in chief the President is suppose to return the salute. I have read that Clinton was very uncomfortable do it whereas President Bush is a natural at it.

Jennna's guest is Henry Hagard (sp) who is the son of former politician John. John now works in the Bush Administration. Jenna met him while working on her father's campaign. Henry was also working on her father's compaign.
