"a second-year law student who was born and raised in Mahwah, N.J."

We are nicer and more accomodating to illegals, here with expired visas, than to our own citizens. Figures.

They were praying in front of a huge air circulation duct. They are Muslims, Muslims flew planes into the WTC. A large LARGE percentage of the people in this county neither LIKE nor TRUST these people and since the scum bag Muslims wear the same clothes as the allegedly decent ones then they all will have to suffer the ignominy & disdain most Americans feel for them.

Ask yourself this, if you went to one of their countries and decided to pray as a Christian or Jew in public, hoe long do you think your head would stay attached to your shoulders? And spare me the crap about we should be better then they are. I personally would be delighted if I woke up tomorrow morning and found that some strange super virus had wiped out every single Muslim on the planet. Would I be shocked? Of course. Would I be happy? LOL, you can not imagine how happy I would be.

No penalty on the play. Ref picks up flag. Game continues. Move along.

You know, first I was thinking "hey, that is not right", but after reading :
"You had 80,000 people there," said Siegel. "Bush 41 was there, and you had a group of gentlemen gathering in an area not normally used by the public right near the main air intake duct for the stadium, and a food preparation facility. It was where they were, not what they were doing."

Sounds like the FBI was right on top of things doing what they should have.

Not relevant. They are in our country, not the other way around. Their intolerance should be no excuse for ours. Otherwise, I'd have the right to chop off the hands of theives or cut out the sex organs of adulterers.

I accept that stadium security had a legitimate interest because of the potential terror threat. If it was a threat, they should have gone to them as they were praying, waited for them to finish then ask them then and there what they were doing rather than haul them out of their seats long after they had left the vented area.

"Their intolerance should be no excuse for ours."

Their intolerance as exhibited is exactly WHY these folks got questioned. The difference between them and us is the fact they were questioned and not beheaded.

Could it be that it took some time to get the information to the people who make the decisions, and then some more time for them to review video of that area so they just didn't go detain these folks on someone's word alone?

A ducks in a row thing?

Foot ball, especially American style is haram for a devout Muslim. They should have been at a mosque or at home, not where the devil could tempt them and they would see western decadence.

And let them spread Anthrax throughout the air ventilation system while getting permission from higher ups?

If you're going to run a police state, you need to be able to act faster than that.

Gone to them as they were praying? Well perhaps they weren't notified until after they stopped praying.

Here's a clue. Not everyone has the same rights in all situations. The Constitution is not, after all, a suicide document and prudence is always in order when dealing with what MIGHT be radical scumbags who thing it perfectly acceptable to slaughter innocent men, women and children in the name of their f'd up Deity.

As far as I'm concerned and I would bet 90% of Americans, these people NEVER EVER get the benefit of the doubt.

What I posed to you shows the difference between a police state and this nation. The ducks ina row thing....

If you oppose this action state your alternative. Seems to me your only one is to not have questioned them at all. THEN had they actually SPREAD anthrax you could preserve your argument that MORE shoulda been done.

Circular arguments get you nowhere.

Title: 'Penalized for Praying'

I understand the NY Post is about one noch above the NYTimes on the "rag-meter" (which happens to be at rock bottom). But this title is entirely false. They were questioned for congregating at the main air intake of the stadium, with the president in attendance.

So it wasn't for 'Praying', and where the hell was this supposed 'Penalty' that the paper referes to?? MSM is in septic shock.. organs a-failin...Goodbye MSM. Hello FR.

There are Christians that pray often throughout the day. They just don't make a public show of it for others to notice.

Wonder what took them so long to go public? Could it be that they couldn't find a lawyer?

does this mean that airport screeners and nypd will stop frisking blond women and start targeting dark Caucasian males between the ages of 18-45? No, I don't think so.

Anyway, the FBI should have been a bit more astute. Do they really think Muslim terrorists will go to a ballgame and pray in such a public place with TV, security and face-recognition cameras all over the place. Most terrorists "draw attention" to themselves "after" the terrorist event, not before their work is done.
