I guess it's OK to be a biased D.A. but not a judge.

Time for DeLay to request an immediate hearing to have the charges thrown out.

We'll take a democrat judge if he is an honest judge & honest dem (someone on the lines of a Lieberman dem..) what we don't want is a left-wing extremist who supports hate groups like Move-on.

Good. When DeLay challenged the judge it was clear that it was done to protect the defendant, who is presumed innocent, from any prejudging of his case by a politically active judge.
Earle responding in this way makes it look like an aggressive prosecutor trying to stack the deck against a defendant.
Perfect.

Earle's not a very graceful loser. If he had a problem with Schraub, he had a duty to recuse him before Shraub started hearing the case.

Repullican, Repellican.
It's still better than being a Dummycrat, stuck on stupid.

If this is denied and DeLay is acquitted Earle now has an excuse.
