I don't know how France stops this without coming down like a ton of bricks. Do they even have a ton of bricks in France? Maybe they need to ask NATO to intervene...

They need the U.N. to commission a study, then send it to a committee to come up with a strategic plan which will involve the U.S. sending troops that the U.N. can control
