Now only foreign billionaires really have freedom of speech in OUR nation!

It all just makes me wonder....

Maybe I do need a tin-foil hat.

Wasserman-Shultz and Wexler. The communist Siamese twins from the People's Republic of South Florida voting against.

Now there is a shocker.

Made one of those for a free burrito on Halloween from Chipotle.. Should have taken a picture of it, and I'm thinking I might need it for more everyday wear.

And the wicked witch from the north, Nancy Pelosi..

Probably because there was no 'equal time' requirement for webmasters to put up replies from the Democratic Party. Ghads - a party that supposedly defends free speech quashes it. Unreal.

WELDON from PA voted AGAINST?

There has to be more to this. Somebody from his district in PA email him.

I find it amazing that the article doesn't include the bill number. More censorship.

If they attempt to limit my rights of political speech, I fully intend to violate the law. Here is all the authorization I need...

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

someone is going to have to explain the specific way in which the FEC could shut down this website (and the thousands of others that host political speech). I just don't see it.

The media certainly had more freedom of speech when the nation was first forming. Now they are in the business of making the news and trying to stifle dissenting opinions.

FCC order to the host provider, or the upstream provider. A lot of companies would cave, rather than fight the FCC and perhaps have to deal with regulation of a lot of online activity - such as telephony.

Let's get McCain and Feingold "repealed" first ~ then extirpate their fascist laws from the books.

That's the ticket!

Did you get permission from your employer before posting that?
