They used to have all kinds of "surveys" when my kids were in elementary school. To their credit, they always gave totally off the wall answers to confuse them. LOL
In high school, we had a few about drinking and drugs. They were no big deal. Sometimes I put down funny answers, sometimes I didn't. I didn't worry too much about it since I never touched the stuff anyways.
