Who will lead the investigation to find out who leaked the existence about those prisons? Gee. Where is THAT investigation?

Over 800 of the 2025 killed in Iraq are as a result of accidents. So only about 1,200 have died as a result of combat. That means that fewer than 0.75 troops have died per day in Iraq, down from 2.1 troops killed per day if you include all the accidents, which happen all the time whether you have a war or not.
Bob Beckel must have been gearing up for his appearance on Gibson's show where he just basically did a Lawrence O'Donnell, right off into moonbat land.

I always think about "what ifs" alternate lines of thought, etc, but truly, I can't imagine how deep in the crap pool we'd be in if algore was elected in 2000. I really can't think about it because it would be so bad right now, I can't imagine.

I remember several of gore's people, donna brazille, and others, after 9-11 said on the record "we sure are glad we didn't win in 2000, because the Bush people are much better qualified and equipped to deal with this (9-11) than and of us are." THAT is very profound for a liberal to admit.
I think that ONE reason that Kerry wasn't chatised for outing Armstrong is because "unwittingly", Lugar did the same thing at the first of that hearing...but, Lugar didn't mention Armstrong and "undercover agent" in the same breath, like Kerry did...blech

Wish everyone could have seen Rumsfeld's presser yesterday. He talked about how Truman had 29% approval when he left office. How people wanted to know why their loved ones were sent to war in a far off land.
He talked about the success of South Korea now and the difference between the North where there is no freedom and the South.
Rumsfeld handles the media like no one else.
In essence, he says that you can ignore the Libby thing, it was Cheney who lied and he must go. He was incredibly rude and wouldn't let anyone else talk, wouldn't answer a question...you know, the usual.

My son had an officer killed during a live fire training accident. It is devestating, nonetheless.
I sure hope they look into that leak. It's clear at this point that the leak of plame was a leak from a liberal, if not wilson and palme themselves as an attempt to destroy Bush. If it was a conservative, miller would have outed them a year ago and not spent a minute in jail, and if it was a conservative that was the leak, novak would have outed them also, so the fact that the leak STILL isn't known, makes it clear, it was NOT a conservative. The media does NOT protect conservatives.
You are correct. The Combat deaths in Iraq are just over 1600. Nothing to discount, they were brave soldiers who died for a noble cause, but the way the Left is counting bodies is disgraceful.
BTW: 3,000 KIA in one day on 9-11.
