I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that this writer was either not alive, or too young to understand what was going on, during the wretched Carter administration.
I turned 16 in 1970, and I cannot imagine anyone my age ever watching 'That '70s Show'. I know I never had the slightest interest in seeing it.
