It's not free money?Sure it is. Go here where they have examples showing families having more "spendale income" than gross income...But then they also deny the tax is "of the gross payment" even though that's exactly what the law states...I guess they think the word "gross" only means yucky.
I was also impressed by the fact that the compliance cost was $0.00. It's like magic!
