The 100,000 unmarked mass graves. Proved a fake aerial pictures by an Australian survey plane.

I seem to remember that in the end there were more civilian casualties from US high altitude bombing than there were "genocide" victims in mass graves.

Ottawa didn't even lodge protest against Croats.

I thank you for the information. You might be interested to know why I was not one of the brainwashed persons at this tragic time for the Serbs.

It was, of course the internet. First someone mentioned the previous bombing of Belgrade. Surprise. It was Goring's Luftwaffe 1941. Oh says I, these blighters 'ad a near miss on me and all, also 1941 in England.

There were American ex-servicemen on the net. They informed us, they fought with the Serbs against the German Army. I understand the Croats were with the Germans.

From then on, I knew something was wrong, so wrong it stank to high heaven. As does the ruling Liberal Party of Canada.

Oh, my. They actually found a mass grave?? Wow. I've searched high and low for a few years for any evidence whatsoever and never found any. Thanks.

They still lied, though. The Clinton administration said there were up to 100,000 dead in mass graves. 800, while terible, is far from 100,000...

I believe the death count from our bombing was in the 1,500-2,500 range depending on who you believe (the media, NATO, or the Serb government at the time).

Perhaps you were searching in the wrong place.

For example, you wouldn't find evidence of mass graves in Kosovo under your bed, in your closet, or under the pillows in your couch.

On the other hand, if you did a web search, you'd be hard pressed not to find that which you claim to have been looking for with such diligence.

Furthermore, if you had been paying attention at the time, you wouldn't still be bothering with Slobo's exaggerated casualty counts, as when he had his State Prosecutor file charges against NATO (before that unpleasant business of being overthrown) HRW's numbers were used, which were just over 500.

Just another inconvenient fact for the Milosevici to ignore, I guess.

I gave up looking sometime in late 2000. And I haven't given this topic much thought if any since 9/11...

Today the United States is fighting a war for the very survival of Western civilasation and they are hated and reviled for it.

The "justifications" you site for NATO attacking Serbia are too true and too sickening. That was a "just" war?

I seem to remember that in the end there were more civilian casualties from US high altitude bombing than there were "genocide" victims in mass graves.

There were about 500 civilian casualties over the three months of bombing & 14,000 strike sorties; about half of which were Kosovar Albanians--overall our Air Force, Marine, & Navy pilots were precise, professional and careful.

The Former Republic of Yugoslavia Ministry of Foreign Affairs came up with 495 deaths. The decidedly unfriendly-to-America Human Rights Watch came up with 488-527 bombing deaths; closely corresponding to Belgrade's 495. Go to para 53.

As to victims of Serb ethnic cleansing, there were many more than 500. There are 2300 Kosovar Albanians still missing, although there are pretty good indications as to what happened to them.

Not to mention the 1000 Kosovar Albanian bodies found in a mass grave in Serbia proper where they were transported by order of Milosevic in an attempt to clean-up the crime scene. And then there's the thousands of other Kosovar Albanian victims of Serb ethnic cleansing found in Kosovo itself.
