Stamford Prosecutors who won a murder conviction against Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel want his attorneys to identify two men implicated in the murder by a cousin of basketball star Kobe Bryant.
Skakel, a nephew of Ethel Kennedy, is seeking a new trial based on a claim by Gitano Tony Bryant that two of his friends killed Martha Moxley in 1975.
Prosecutors are seeking the identity and whereabouts of the two men, identified only as A and B in court papers, so they can respond to the claim and prepare their case.
Moreover, it is against the interests of justice for plaintiff to make allegations implicating A and B in a serious crime while withholding their identifies and location from the state of Connecticut, prosecutors wrote in a response filed late last week.

How much are the Kennedys paying for Bryant to finger these guys to take the fall for the murder?
Why does'nt the Kennedy clan just hire someone to confess to the killing.
Yeah, I was wondering how much money trouble "Tony" Bryant is in.
They should get O.J. to confess. He'd still be acquitted.
Perhaps O.J. could help look for them on the golf courses--while he is looking for his wife's killer?
Why am I not surprised that the Kennedy's would try to blame it on a couple of black guys. Another typical Democrat defense.

Oh, please. Just goes to show that if the family has enuf money, justice can be bought.
It's not all that clear that the Kennedy's really care what happens to Skakel. Skakel is the one who exposed the Kennedy in Massachucettes that was having an affair with the babysitter. Very loyal family clans tend to turn on those who break the code of silence.
