Some more chum has just been thrown into the water, and Jimmy Carter is out trolling for whatever way he can, to express his absolute HATRED of any vision of America that would ever allow the Republican party to gain leadership position. The comfortable position he had carved out for himself as a "significant" person has been threatened, perhaps irreparably damaged, by revelations of his incompetence and short-sighted discharge of the duties of President. In his own eyes, Jimmy is the ultimate "good" person, doncha see, and anything that detracts from that personal vision of himself is necessarily evil and mean-spirited. He strives mightily, but can only succeed in pulling down the roof upon himself, and anyone else who happens to be under that roof. Including all of America, if that is what it takes.
We think Carter's bad - wait til Clinton is his age and still trying to find a legacy.
