"He's been open about his membership in the group, although the society keeps its roster private."

Does the ACLU keep their membership roster private or can I easily find it somewhere?

The Federalist Society has it roots in the great debate to establish the Bill of Rights as the first admendments to the Constitution. I don't have any problem with anyone's connection with the group.

As far as the listing of ACLU members, I just went to their site. You can view a list of their staff and leadership people, but to find an individual member, you would have to ask around to find someone willing to admit they belong and are willing to out another member. A daunting task.

Wow. This stands in great contrast to someone who once harshly criticized the Federalist Society and refused to be a member.

Good news--Alito is a winner.

TYPO:

Neas said. "The Federalist Society likes to pretend it's just a debating club, but for last 20 years it has been at the forefront of the efforts to push correct the misdeeds a right-wing of the left-wing counterrevolution subversives in on the courts and undo decades worth of precedentun-American bullsh*t."

Ahhhhh, that's much better :-)
