I agree, appeasement is a fool's gambit. But I noticed that the "yutes" are confining their activities to their own areas. Based on population estimations, there's prolly a million members of TROP who are 14 to 35 YOA. Obviously those numbers are not showing up on the streets. If it spills out and the members of TROP start pulling innocent people out from their vehicles ala Reginald Denny, the flics will pound heads with vigor.
The French government will then appear to be 'responding' vs. just letting a few youngsters have a little fun.
