I really should respond more than I do to idiot new posters and lend my hard earned expertise to the thread at spotting and identifying them. I think I will pull the trigger faster in the future.

Guess I'm still a bit gunshy from the admonishment I got from the 'Big Kahuna' himself eons ago. (That would be JimRob himself to all the newbs)

The best approach is to hit the abuse button and briefly relay your suspicions to the moderators, who can monitor the situation and have access to IP logs. They do a great job of sorting things out.

If it's a legit, for real, it smells up not only the thread, but wafts it's stink all over FR, hit the abuse button and clearly state the offense/s. Nobody will get angry at you for doing that.

We old timers have seen so many trolls, that we know almost immediately, who is a for real troll and who is just some rather lost newbie.
