Hi! I addressed the loss issue to Crabbie and the other part of the post to you to please keep us apprised of the outcome of the veterinarian visit (which you did today). Will pray the surgery for Libbie goes well.

One of my cats ran off from the kitchen with a very very small medallion in her mouth. I had dropped it and she got to it before I possibly could. She ran into two different rooms before I could catch her and the medallion was missing by then. I've had no luck locating the medallion and fear she may have swallowed it. Thus far she is not showing any signs of a problem, but we are watching her closely - just in case. Never a dull moment with those little critters we love!

Add extra natural fiber to the catfood and watch the litter box carefully.

...."those little critters we love".....

I have a wonderful Manx (no tail) cat, Dunbar. He hates using the litter box and only does so under duress.....he much prefers going outside. It has been so terribly cold here all week that he been under duress. He will meow at the door. I open the door. He quickly withdraws, shaking his paws, and refuses to go out. Last night, he was racing around making all kinds of racket. I just ignored him, rolled over in bed, and went back to sleep. This morning, I woke up to come eyeball to eyeball with a mouse, in two parts, on the pillow next to me..............Dunbar lying near it. (I swear he was grinning) He was so proud of his kill. First mouse we have had in years, and he is no more.

Just gotta love those little critters.

Please, both of you, let us know how your critters are doing!
