Snippets: SUN VALLEY Japanese quails suffering from a low pathogenic strain of bird flu were discovered in a Sun Valley quail farm. The Bureau of Humane Law Enforcement, a non-governmental, nonprofit organization devoted to defending animals, began investigating conditions at the now-defunct L.A. Quail Farm earlier this year.
The bureau’s veterinarian determined many of the birds had a variety of diseases, fast-moving respiratory ailments, infections, injuries and lesions. Professors must receive Islamic training
Snip: Tehran, Iran, Dec. 01 – A senior Iranian cleric has called for all university professors to undergo Islamic training by the clergy. Ayatollah Mohammad-Taghi Mesbah-Yazdi made the call while meeting officials at the Ministry of Health.
Mesbah-Yazdi, who is the ultra-conservative ideological mentor of hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, also said that a project was underway for Islamic clerics to check all university books to ensure that all “un-Islamic” literature are filtered.
“The Supreme Council for Cultural Revolution has thus far been indifferent to universities becoming Islamicised. All the organs of the Islamic Republic must be run according to fatwas (holy mandates) decreed by the religious jurisprudents. There is a project being carried out to change books in universities which involves clerics checking the books and picking up their mistakes”, the radical cleric said.
Mesbah Yazdi, an extremist even by the standards of Iran’s ayatollahs, is notorious for regularly advocating the use of suicide operations to fight “the enemies of Islam”.

Islamic jihad video of beheaded Israeli in Gaza emerges
Typed Copy Snip (could not computer copy): A video from Palestinian Islamic Jihad of a beheaded Israeli is being distributed on the internet. The video shows a crowd of Palestinians in Gaza including children, shouting "Allahu Akhbar!" (God is great) as a terrorist takes the head out of a bag and holds it up for the cheering crowd. Jihadi music plays in the background and the crowd is visibly ecstatic.
I just wonder how many are being brainwashed at this very moment. Probably many more than we kill in a day in Iraq. Now they have women and probably the blue eyed ones they have always boasted about.
Also, the Gaza story is despicable. I still cannot believe Israel gave them more land. The story is not over there!
