November 28, 205: Ansar Jihad Mailing List Sends Advisory Announcing One Week Shutdown

The Ansar al Jihad mailing list has sent out an advisory suspending it's email group for a one week period.

Previously, after any major attack, there is a concerted effort to shut down the jihadi websites and forums. Occasionally the forums will lock down shortly before an attack and go into password protection mode.

It's hard to say whether we're seeing a concerted effort by the intelligence services of various countries to shut down these sites in the wake of the Amman bombings (as happened after the London bombings) or whether these sites are shutting down pre-emptively in anticipation of something else.

Ooooo, I don't like that! Thanks Vel. I have the strongest feeling yet that something is VERY IMMINENT. I really think something major will happen this year. I also noticed Jill's comment on her site that the forums seem to have gone quiet again, which can sometimes signal an attack.
