Donna is a Lt. on the Denver Police Department, I love her mind, it is clean and clear, no matter what the subject.
I am not sure who she is filling for, but she is worth listening to.
She has humor and reality, she just told a story that has me smiling still.....
A 911 call for a female officer only, no men, so Donna answered it, expecting a rape, etc.
She found a woman, who had a hot date, was getting dressed, put on a corset, laced it too tight, fainted, hit her head,
couldn't stand so crawled to the phone and called 911.
Donna cut the corset off with her pocket knife.
Then there was the time years ago, when she went on protest at the studio, in the middle of the summer, when the air conditioner went off, so she announced she was doing the program in the nude and every truck driver within reach of her sexy voice called the program...(and a couple of perverts, who did not know that she was a policeman)....they did fix the air conditioner.
Had to cut the corset off. How funny. Reminds me of Scarlett O'Hara in "Gone with the Wind". Even when I was six, I don't think I ever had a 16 inch waist.
Thank Heaven that girdles are a thing of the past. I'm not even sure you can buy one now.
