She's taking advantage of the publicity surrounding Good Night and Good Luck. The left is supposedly holding this up as an example of a Platonic ideal of what good journalism should be, but they're really yearning for the days when there was no way people could externally fact check their sources, and they were capable of bringing down public figures they despised. It's much similar to how editorial cartoonists wish they had the same clout Thomas Nast did.
