I was stationed at RAF Mildenhall from 72-75, no change then. Lots of women were hanging around all the USAF bases there.

When I first got To Pleiku VN in '67 we had "Sin City"...a street leading to nowhere just off the base...neat with colorful bars..protected..enclosed ...with all the ladies inspected and issued a picture ID....a glass of Saigon Tea and $5 got the job done...then some Generals son wrote home about it and that was the end of that...back to the dirty streets of Pleiku...disease and skulduggery...Ahhh..for the good ol days!

Hey, I was in Mildenhall for the Air Fete in '86 & '88. My brother-in-law fixed blackbirds for a living, there and elsewhere. Great place.
