The detail about BJ Clinton lying/perjuring himself that's hardly ever mentioned, but that always astonished me, is that when he lied during the deposition in the Paula Jones case, Judge Webber was sitting right there in the deposition room. It's incredibly rare for a judge to be present for a deposition; it makes sense given that Bubba was the Pres at the time. But to me it just shows how flagrantly Clinton flouted the duty to tell the truth. Not even the judge's presence was enough to keep him from lying.
