Thanks for the clarification.

DId you know that CQL, Citizens for Quality Living, was started by Douglas Duncan? Later, Damien O'Doherty, employed by Baltimore County, became President of CQL.

"Damian O'Doherty, president of the Citizens for Quality Living, maintained yesterday that it is not a political organization and therefore is not required to file with the state. "We're an issues advocacy organization," said O'Doherty, who works as a vice president of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. He refused to discuss the state inquiry or whether he had been contacted by election officials. He would not answer any questions about contributions to or from the group during the campaign"
