How did MD4BUSH know that poster NCPAC was Joseph Steffen? Had NCPAC identified himself on FR?

Nobody really knows, not even NCPAC, as of the date of the original WaPo article. But NCPAC scattered enough tidbits about himself on this website that an enterprising reporter could have guessed. Kind of like Jerome Corsi (FReeper jrlc).

Another interesting tidbit I've yet to confirm, a caller to WBAL claims that Damian O'Doherty worked on Martin O'Malley's 1999 campaign and then worked on Doug Duncan's 2002 campaign.

That would be very interesting.
