Well, it was either that joke or the one where she makes fun of her mother's lack of understanding of the castro district:

That is truly great comedy, mimicking her own mother in racially offensive stereotypes for all of the whiteys to laugh at! (the pot--Margaret Cho--calling the kettle black, lol)
Her entire routine is based on ethnic stereotyping.
