Careful ... there could definitely be benefits to agreeing to an investigation, if only to get Wilson to testify openly and under oath.

imagine if they really investigate, i.e. cover the entire Clinton Administration's handling of terrorism and intelligence.....

Imagine the fun we could have punching the Clinton Administration in televised hearings throughout the Spring of 2006...

They would probably 'seal' his testimony or something. . .Best way is to do the 'right thing'. . .charge the perp with perjury and begin an investigation of Wilson. . .supoena his phone records. . .et al. . .IMHO, of course !
