Wasn't Harry (the Body) a boxer? Not a Barbara Boxer,tho I admit that's not impossible. A pugilist. Maybe he's having delayed onset brain spasms from being knocked out so often. He's obviously a sick man and should be removed from his post before he hurts himself.
