There's an on-going criminal investigation. Now is not the time for the Senate to get involved in this thing.
As I've said before, the Dems will keep pushing this thing until they find a way to run Bush out of town.
They're "Pushing Too Hard" for their own good and have been for quite some time and have shown their agenda to be directed too much to political party and not enough for what is best for us as a country.
They are in process of imploding and they don't care who they take down in their implosion.
