Tom DeLay will get a new judge to preside over his criminal case after his attorneys successfully argued Tuesday that the judge's political donations created a conflict. State Judge Bob Perkins, who has made campaign donations to Democrats, will be replaced by another judge, said C. W. Duncan, the judge deciding the recusal motion by DeLay. That judge was not named Tuesday.
Oh, but I guess it's ok for the RATS to do it time and time again while the pubs look on....sheesh, for once I would love to hear them say...YOU threw a hissy fit now you have to pay the consequences for that little tantrum! Will there be a consequence? I doubt it! This is a firing shot to see how the pubs will act when the filibuster really HITS THE FAN!!
