Roberts says this was ALREADY in progress and no reason for the Dems to do this
If it was in process, it must be stopped or the Democrats will have gained huge advantage by this stunt. Republicans are weak when challenged and so afraid for their political survival that they end up endangering it. This is turning into a big Democratic win IMO.
