Put a fence around the area that they're rioting in and let it burn to the ground. IF they try to come out of the parameter, shoot to kill. As long as they're boxed in, this is the time to end their ROP problem for good.
That said, it couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch than the back stabbers in the French government. Unfortunately, our government is NOT paying attention and will keep allowing Muslims into America.
