I have the perfect models for liberalism, both are women. One is Deranged Donna, who claims she's intelligent because she reads the New York Times. The other is Krafty Kitty, who will quickly tell you "I married a CPA" while pretentiously waving her hand in a manner that shows her engagement ring.
Both are highly emotional, conceited, and HATE Bush. Both think Clinton was a GREAT man. One does not go to church, the other does, but not for theological purposes.
They show the heart of liberalism.
You nailed it. And in 9 out of 10 cases, they lack attractiveness. That 1 left is attractive thanks to a surgeon and trendy dressing. Just something I have noticed.
