What ridiculous comment. Farah favors conservative nominees with proven track records. Miers certainly didn't have one and Roberts didn't have much of judicial paper trail.
It's principled and intelligent to demand an end to the failed stealth strategy and for known originalist whose record can be verified.
The jury's still open on Roberts. And as Farah, notes even if Roberts votes with Alito, Scalia and Thomas, that gives conservatives only four solid votes. We're still a long way from having control over the SCOTUS. But the Alito nomination is a step in the right direction in terms of overcoming judicial activism.
