Great and I really mean it congrats! I sense you shall offer super leadership. There is not a day goes by I do not have some fine memories of those years in scouting and all it did for me. My daugther, ex-wife, both brothers and their two children each where in scouting as well as one SIL. So I come from a rather scouting oriented family.
