There was a recommendation favoring Miers on the Priests for Life website for a while. I can only assume that he was snookered by the assurances given to the pro-life Evangelical leaders and decided to join them. This was based on Karl Rove's original assurances that Miers was strongly pro-life; which proved not to be true as her earlier record was examined more closely.
So, it was well meant but was based on an initial misunderstanding, just like Gary Bauer's recommendation.
This article looks like an endorsement of Alito, but he never actually endorsed him (as far as I can see.) I wonder if that's the same type of positve remarks he made about Miers.
I'd like to see some pro-life Freeper evaluations of Alito, without having to trudge through the many threads out there.
I'd also like to see some pro-abortion, pro-euthanasia Freeper comments. If they hate him, I don't need to know much more.
