So this alleged "firearms instructor" (not lawyer) seems to think that the law should depend on the type holster you're using? And whether or not he personally approves of it? He didn't say that or even imply it. Why are you drawing that conclusion?

NH law says it is okay to carry without a license as long as it isn't concealed.
The comment by the suuposed instructor mentions that the gun was unconcealed but he mentions the holster type.
