Are the US boarder patrol working with the Mexican boarder patrol?
I was in Encinada last week end on a church planting trip and when we came back to San Diego we passed through three areas maned by these really fierce military guys with huge looking guns. They did not stop a single American licensed auto but stop nearly every van / truck with a Mexican plate for inspection. (Mexican police)

That's nice, but I suspect that most illegals are not trying to enter our Country through offical border checkpoints..
