I disagree. Just because he is black and the teacher is white means nothing. Besides, the concept of a "hate crime" is stupid to begin with. Murder is murder, and he should fry for it, no matter if he yelled "honky (or n*gger) b*tch!" as he was beating her to death. Thought cannot be a crime, and the idea that a crime is "worse" because of a particular type of thought is silly.

In a world governed by rational adults yes - but we have RINOs and liberals running things. The only way for the pendulum to swing back to reality is if we go on the offensive. Blacks commit many race crimes but are never indicted for it. We need expose the truth about who is committing the crime.
